Asking Strangers for Sex. You have seen the videos from the United States -- an improbably hot woman approaches men with an equally improbable proprosition: are you down for sex? Most men would seem to agree. But in our Taiwan social experiment, we found this not to be the case.<br /><br />Similar experiments in Western countries have produced predictable results. When a beautiful female approaches a random male on the streets, a whopping 83% of the men would agree to have sex with her right away. But when we ran the same study in Taiwan, very few men were game.
