Drunk test fail gets passengers barred from New Delhi metro: The subway in India's capital has so many train fights the police are breathalyzing people and turning away drunks.<br /><br />In the hope of reducing anti-social behavior such as sexual harassment and fighting, a pilot program has begun at Rajiv Chowk station where Central Armed Police Force officers are breathalyzing suspect passengers.
