He stopped paying the mortgage in November of 09 and never told me. (I haven't lived on the property for 2 1/2 years) Since then, he has lost his job, and is unable to pay the mortgage. Since my credit (and his) is jacked! <br />Keep in mind, my ex is not the most responsible person (not hard to figure out) <br /> <br />The facts: <br /> - I am unable financially to take the condo over. <br /> - I didn't know about his not paying untill Feb 10' <br /> - I had excellent credit untill this happened <br /> <br />My question to all of you is: <br /> <br />* Should we give the condo back to the bank?
