A Hong Kong dock worker was killed instantly after he was crushed by shipping containers on Tuesday.<br /><br />The accident, which happened at the city's Kwai Tsing container terminal, is believed to have been caused by negligence on the part of a crew member manning the gantry cranes towering above cargo containers.<br /><br />The victim, 59-year-old Peng Guo Nin, was at the rear of a small van assisting a fellow Everbest Port Services colleague who was at the front of the vehicle.
