Obama ricin letter sender, Paul Kevin Curtis, has been freed. Authorities suspect he was framed by his nemesis, J. Everett Dutschke. <br /><br />FBI agents have arrested J. Everett Dutschke and released Paul Kevin Curtis. The two men have been feuding since Dutschke declined to do a favor for Curtis seven years ago. Dutschke says Curtis falsely claimed to be a member of MENSA.
