I misspoke. It is about 15 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center, not 2 miles. <br /> <br />Mannatee Hammock takes several discount plans. The campground has a manual boat launching area for kayaks, canoes and small john boats, but no place to launch from a boat trailer. There is no bait shop or propane available. It is outside of town and we saw no restaurants within walking or biking distance. It does have a pool. <br /> <br />Most of the campsites were nice, but the ones nearest the water were boggy in wet weather. Some of them might be tricky to get into with a larger rig.
