Chris Kyle, the deadliest sniper in U.S. History, and his friend Chad Littlefield were shot dead at a shooting range in Glen Rose, Texas on Sunday. Kyle was the author of "American Sniper", a best seller about Kyle's 150+ insurgent kills.
