There are some small issues that I will go into briefly. <br /> <br />1. She has poor credit and hasn't been at her job long. Her ex-husband stole a lot of money from her and killed her credit (he filed bankruptcy and got her car repoed). <br /> 2. We make the minimum for most apartments but we make it together not separate and they want it separate. <br /> 3.
