Foreign ministers from six countries reach an historic deal with Iranian officials on reducing the country's nuclear programme in exchange for limited sanctions relief.<br/> <br />U.S. President Barack Obama spoke from the White House moments after the deal was reached.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) UNITED STATES PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA SAYING:<br/> <br />"Today that diplomacy opened up a new path toward a world that is more secure...
