He would like me to be on the lease, which I understand however I don't have the best credit (actually in the process of filing bankruptcy) and their rule is if you don't pass the credit check, you have to have a co-signer. I don't have anybody to co-sign for me (my dad won't do it, and my grandparents won't either) but he said he could ask his parents. I don't want to have to ask them that. I understand his thinking but I'm just not sure how I can tell him/make him understand where I'm coming from. -
