This is a great unit. I keep my fridge set at 60 degrees F as I only drink red wines. This unit has no problem maintaining a constant temperature as long as the ambient temperature is within a reasonable limit. <br /> <br />If you are planning on keeping this in your unheated garage during the winter, don't be surprised if your wine freezes.
