<p>Wall Street gained on Friday, as investors weighed retail stocks ahead of Black Friday 2013 with all three major indexes are on track for their third straight month of gains.</p><p>The Dow Jones industrial average gained 63.58 points, or 0.39 percent, at 16,160.91. The S&P 500 Index was up 5.09 points, or 0.28 percent, at 1,812.33. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 16.49 points, or 0.41 percent, at 4,061.31.</p>
