Slovenia’s anti-corruption commission has resigned, alleging a lack of political support.<br /><br />Its vice-president Rok Praprotnik said proposed changes to the law to clean up public life had been resisted by a “secret alliance” in parliament.<br /><br />“We have hit a wall we cannot breach,” he added.<br /><br />Successive governments have struggled to reduce the influence of Slovenian politicians in banks and businesses.
