The trial has begun of two men accused of murdering a British soldier. <br /><br />Lee Rigby was returning to his barracks in South London when he was run over by a car, and then attacked with knives and meat cleavers.<br /><br />Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale both deny the killings.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tim Friend reports from the central criminal court in London.
