New York police have confirmed that a Metro-North passenger train derailed in the Bronx Sunday morning. Local media reports that at least four are dead... and multiple people are injured.<br/> <br />Emergeny crews arrived at the scene removing passengers from inside the train cars and carrying some of the injured on stretchers.<br/> <br />Local media reports that at least four cars came off the track just south of the Spuyten Duyvil station shortly after 7 a.m. (EST).<br/> <br />A freight train derailed near the same scene in July. There were no injuries in that accident.<br/> <br />Service has been suspended on the Metro-North Hudson line between Grand Central Terminal and Poughkeepsie.
