Lebanon’s army is to take charge of security in the country’s second largest city of Tripoli.<br /><br />The mission is to last for six months following deadly sectarian clashes linked to the war in Syria.<br /><br />Violence has recently flared in the city between supporters and opponents of Syrian President Bashar Assad.<br /><br />Lebanon is still struggling after its own civil war and many fear violence overspilling from neighbouring Syria could reignite it.
