EDITORS PLEASE NOTE: THIS EDIT CONTAINS MATERIAL WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY 4:3<br/> <br />Bob Dylan is under investigation in France after a Croatian community organization alleged comments he made to Rolling Stone magazine last year amounted to incitement of racial hatred.<br/> <br />In the magazine's September issue, the singer said racism was holding America back.<br/> <br />Saying quote: "If you got a slave master or (Ku Klux) Klan in your blood, blacks can sense that."<br/> <br />Adding quote: "That stuff lingers to this day. Just like Jews can sense Nazi blood and the Serbs can sense Croatian blood."<br/> <br />The Croatian community organization which is based in France, is alleging the comments, as carried in the French version of the magazine, violate French racial hatred laws.<br/> <br />Calls to Dylan's manager and Rolling Stone were not immediately returned.
