ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: During a visit to Westminster Hall in the Houses of Parliament, Britain's Queen Elizabeth spoke of how "extraordinary" it was that news of Mandela's death broke in London at the end of the royal premiere screening of "Mandela: The Long Walk To Freedom".<br/> <br />The Queen's grandson, Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge and his wife, Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge had attended the premiere.<br/> <br />"Because it was extraordinary because William and Catherine were at the film last night, you know, the film about his life.....it came right at the end," cameras caught her saying to dignitaries who were showing her around the Hall.<br/> <br />"Well I heard it at ten o'clock and I suppose it must have been the end of the film and they were clapping like mad, you know, and then somebody came on and said 'Could you just listen, we have just heard he has died.
