The U.S has approved 60 million dollars in defence equipment for foreign forces in the Central African Republic. <br />It comes as the French President Francoise Hollande has been paying a visit to troops in the capital, Bangui.<br />Two French soldiers were killed on Monday night as they tried to disarm local militias. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Bangui.
