The nominations for the 71st annual Golden Globes have been announced and historical drama "12 Years a Slave" earned seven nods, including ones for actors Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael Fassbender and Lupita Nyong'o and a nod for the coveted best motion picture drama.<br/> <br />"American Hustle" also earned seven nods. In addition to best picture musical or comedy, the film's actors Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence all earned a nomination.<br/> <br />Heartland ode "Nebraska" won five nominations overall, including best actor in a comedy or musical for veteran actor Bruce Dern.<br/> <br />"Captain Phillips" secured four nominations, including one for lead actor Tom Hanks.<br/> <br />And "Gravity" also took four nods, including one for Sandra Bullock for best actreess in a motion picture drama.<br/> <br />The Golden Globes, organized by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, will be handed out on January 12 in Beverly Hills.
