Public health workers across Kenya have gone on strike for the third straight day.<br /> <br />The government has ordered them back to work, but so far they are not backing down.<br /> <br />Two people have died, and scores of patients are left stranded.<br /> <br />Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi reports from Nairobi.
