UN investigators have concluded that chemical weapons were probably used in five out of seven attacks they examined in Syria.<br /><br />The UN says the deadly nerve agent sarin is likely to have been used on four occasions. One such incident was reportedly “on a large scale.” <br /><br />A two and a half year civil war in the country has killed more than 100,000 people, according to the final report of a UN inquiry.
