With power cuts every day in Gaza because of a major fuel shortage, residents are adapting and doing whatever they can to keep the lights on.<br /><br />In an attempt to generate power for daily life usage, residents resort to car batteries, solar panels and other means.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Phil Lavelle reports.
