United Nations inspectors have confirmed that chemical weapons have been used during the war in Syria at least once, and likely several more times. <br /><br />The final report has been handed over to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and will be sent to members of the UN Security Council.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's James Bays reports from the United Nations.
