Sotheby’s auction house is offering Picasso’s “Man with the Opera Hat”, valued at more than 800,000 euros, for sale via an online raffle. <br /><br />50,000 tickets, costing 100 euros each, have been made available.<br /><br />The proceeds of the auction will go to charity.
