First Impressions - Rise of the Triad RoTT 2013 V1.0

Welcome ladies and gentleman. I actually preordered a game. I haven't done that since I was so thoroughly disappointed by my last preorder which was Final Fantasy VIII. Do my first impressions of the game meet my expectations?
