Aarti Saprem - Dashavatar Aarti', is a Marathi Devotional Aarti sung in praise of Lord Vishnu. This aarti explains about the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu. The term 'Dashavatar' refers to the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu. It is believed that Lord Vishnu had incarnated himself into various life forms on Earth, in order to eradicate the evil forces and restore Dharma. <br />The ten avatars of Lord Vishnu are Matsya Avatar, Kurma Avatar, Varah Avatar, Narsimha Avatar, Vamana Avatar, Parshuram Avatar, Ram Avatar, Krishna Avatar, Buddha Avatar and Kalki Avatar. These ten avatars of Lord Vishnu are collectively known as Dashavatara of Lord Vishnu. <br />Aarti - A Hindu religious ritual of worship, refers to the songs sung in praise of the deity when lamps are being offered.
