Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has been battling a crack cocaine scandal for weeks, but he still had a spring in his step on the floor of Toronto City Hall where he was filmed in a council session on Tuesday dancing to Bob Marley’s “One Love”.<br /><br />It’s a change from the recent tense atmosphere there after the mayor admitted to smoking crack while in office.<br /><br />Ford has rebuffed intense pressure to resign over his admitted crack use and revelations of other erratic behaviour.<br /><br />The Toronto City Council has reduced his mayoral powers in an attempt to sideline him but the conservative mayor has vowed to seek re-election next year.<br /><br />Ford has said he has quit drinking alcohol and is exercising daily in the wake of the scandal.
