<p>A man from Canada is battling Samsung after the charger for his Samsung Galaxy S4 began emitting smoke and heated up to the point that the internal workings were destroyed.</p><p>Richard Wygand <a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dc4duKuPrQ0&list=UURtoa8ZwGrsh4LgWM4rXLOA">posted a video</a> outlining the problem to his YouTube page as evidence of the damage. The response he got from Samsung has spread like fire over the internet.</p><p>The phone-maker sent Wygand a gag order telling him that in return for a comparable phone he would have to remove the first YouTube video and not create any more videos on the subject.</p><p>In response Wygand posted another video about the gag order.</p><p>We sat the IBTimes Tech team down to discuss the topic .</p>
