<p>Up to 200 African migrants demonstrated outside Israel’s parliament building on Tuesday, December 17, against a new law that allows indefinite detention of those illegally in the country. The demonstration capped a two-day march by the migrants, who fled a detention center in southern Israel on Sunday and made their way to the Knesset in Jerusalem to draw attention to their plight.
