Our businesses are positioned for new growth and new jobs. And I firmly believe that 2014 can be a break-through year for America. But, as I outlined in detail earlier this month, we all know there's a lot more we're going to have to do to restore opportunity and broad-based growth for every American," President Obama said.<br/> <br />Obama made his remarks at an end-of-the-year White House news conference. The president and his family are scheduled to spend the holidays in Hawaii.
