Israeli police suspect Palestinian militants planted a pipe bomb on a bus in Tel Aviv. <br /><br />The device exploded but no one was hurt in the blast.<br /><br />The driver had managed to evacuate all 12 passengers in time, having raised the alarm when he saw a suspicious object on a rear seat.<br /><br />It is the first such incident since Israeli-Palestinian peace talks resumed in July.<br /><br />No group has claimed responsibility for the bombing.
