Cold, dark and wet: welcome to Copenhagen in December. On the face of it the city would be the last place you would think of calling the world capital of joy. <br /><br />But the bleakness and dreariness belies a deep-seated contentment that has earned Denmark the title of happiest country in the world for the past two years.<br /><br />That is the verdict of a UN commissioned survey of some 156 nations.
