An explosion at a train station in the southern Russian city of Volgograd has killed at least eighteen people according to Russian news agencies.<br /><br />No one has come forward to claim responsibility yet. However, Russia’s anti-terrorism committee says a female suicide bomber is to blame for what they’re calling a “terrorist attack.”<br /><br />On October 21 2013, a female suicide bomber struck in the same Russian city, killing seven people.
