PLEASE NOTE THIS EDIT CONTAINS CONVERTED 4:3 MATERIAL AND GRAPHIC MATERIAL<br/> <br />A Thailand vacation ended in tragedy on Sunday.<br/> <br />That's when this bus carrying mainly Russian tourists lost control and crashed, killing two people and injuring 26 others.<br/> <br />It happened on the resort island of Phuket near a beach that's a notorious accident hotspot.<br/> <br />The brakes on the bus reportedly failed as it descended a steep hill.<br/> <br />It then ploughed into several vehicles before crashing into a power pole.<br/> <br />The male driver was crushed to death and a female tour guide traveling on the bus also died.<br/> <br />Both were Thai.<br/> <br />Thirteen Russian tourists were among the injured.<br/> <br />The coach had just picked up around 30 passengers from the local airport.<br/> <br />They were on their way to their hotels in the popular beach resort.
