Rescue workers pull bodies from the debris, after a three-story building collapsed in India's western province, Goa.<br/> <br />More than a dozen people were killed and several others injured after the building, which was under construction, gave way.<br/> <br />The reason for the collapse is not yet known.<br/> <br />But illegal construction is on the rise in Indian cities, which often use sub-standard materials and shoddy methods.<br/> <br />The incident brings to mind a building collapse last year, which killed 72 people in a city just outside of Mumbai.
