ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry met Jordan's King Abdullah in Amman on Sunday to discuss the Palestinian-Israeli peace talks.<br/> <br />Kerry was greeted by the head of the royal office Fayez al Tarawneh and Jordanian foreign minister Nasser Judeh, before joining King Abdullah.<br/> <br />During his 10th visit to the region, Kerry tried to establish what U.S. officials call a "framework" for guidelines for any eventual peace accord<br/> <br />U.S.-brokered Israeli-Palestinian peace talks resumed last July after a three-year halt, with Kerry leading the push despite widespread skepticism about a successful outcome.<br/> <br />Kerry is expected to fly to Saudi Arabia later on Sunday.
