U.S. prosecutors charged 39-year-old Yan Feng with arson in connection to a fire at the Chinese consulate in San Francisco, on New Year's day.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) FBI SPECIAL AGENT, DAVID JOHNSON, SAYING:<br /> <br />"Last Friday, law enforcement officers arrested Yan Feng, age 39 of Daly City California in connection with the fire at the Chinese Consulate.
