After updating my Brandy Oteigh MUGEN character to Version 1.3, I recorded another arcade run as Brandy to demonstrate her increased fighting prowess. This time around, she's slightly stronger than the last time she was in a run like this, but still nowhere near the point where she can take on boss characters.
