Investigators are trying to find out the reasons why a US Air Force helicopter fell to earth in Britain killing all four people aboard.<br /><br />Debris from the Pave Hawk chopper was scattered across a nature reserve on the coastline in Norfolk in the east of England.<br /><br />The aircraft was on a low-level training mission and was carrying live ammunition. Police said bullets were scattered over a wide area.
