Poland is to toughen up its drunk-driving policy.<br /><br />Higher fines and mandatory breathalisers will be introduced in 2015 in a bid to stop people driving if they appear to be drunk.<br /><br />The move is to reverse a hike in road deaths over public holiday weekends.<br /><br />It is hoped fines, almost double the average salary, will act as a deterrent.
