いちごの素敵なデザートを作ります。 <br />材料： <br />いちご１２個 <br />クリームチーズ９０グラム <br />粉砂糖 <br />バニラエッセンス小さじ１/2 <br />作り方: <br />スクープでいちごの真ん中から中身をすくいて穴を開けます。縁を傷めないように気をつけてね。こうして穴ができました。いちごの下端も切り取って立てるようにします。 <br />クリームチーズに粉砂糖を入れてバニラエッセンスを入れてよーく混ぜます。全部のいちごで開けた穴にクリームをたっぷり入れてください。 <br />Method: <br />- Cut the stem and bottom ends of the strawberry and scoop out the strawberry pulp keeping the strawberry edge intact. <br />- Put a doily on a plate, sift some powdered sugar with the help of a sieve <br />- To cream cheese add powdered sugar and vanilla essence and mix well <br />- Fill the strawberries with the whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves / pistachios on top.
