I joined Maker Studios & so can you!<br />Click here to see if your channel qualifies for RPM Network/Maker Studios http://awe.sm/eGvGC<br /><br />CHEESE STUFFED MEATBALLS:<br />1 Egg<br />1/4 c. water<br />1/2 tsp. salt<br />1 lb. ground beef<br />1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs<br />Mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes, approximately 1/2 inch sq.<br /><br />Combine eggs, water and salt. Add meat and bread crumbs. Shape into small meatballs between 1 1/2-2 inches or so, enclosing a cube of cheese inside. Arrange in single layer on shallow pan.<br /><br />Bake at 450°F for about 10-15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and cheese has melted.
