I joined Maker Studios & so can you!<br />Click here to see if your channel qualifies for RPM Network/Maker Studios http://awe.sm/eGvGC<br /><br />Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies:<br />1/2 cup sugar<br />1/2 cup packed brown sugar<br />1/2 cup peanut butter<br />1/4 cup shortening<br />1/4 cup butter softened<br />1 egg<br />1 1/4 cup gluten free bisquick <br /><br />*Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, butter and egg together<br />*Stir in the bisquick <br />*Cover and refrigerate for 60minutes to overnight<br />*Roll dough into balls and roll into sugar<br />*Place on cooking sheet and using a fork make a criss cross pattern<br />*Bake for 9minutes at 375 degrees
