Aid agencies in Syria say a refugee camp for Palestinians in Damascus is facing a humanitarian crisis. <br /><br />The Yarmouk camp has been under siege for a year with thousands of people trapped with very little food or medicine. <br /><br />The UN Relief and Works Agency has called the camp a place of profound civilian suffering. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Dominic Kane reports.<br /><br />[Warning: Some of the images in the report are disturbing.]
