Just a Gigolo Carlings 1990 <br />The talent of Gunhild goes beyond imagination. A 15 year old girl (together with her sister Gerd on piano) playing her version of "Just a gigolo" as recorded by Louis Armstrong in 1931. <br />Fortunately she is human as well and she misses a few of the incredibly high notes. The high note is actually a concert D above the high Bb. Very few trumpetplayers I know play around in that register. I'm just happy if I can make that high Bb. <br />It is not just her skill of hitting these notes, it is also the placing; where to put the right note at the right time and with what intensity. <br />She is a genius and what I have heard from her always gives me a lot of emotion, good feel and happiness.
