Police in California have arrested three people for accidentally starting a forest fire while they were camping that's damaged several homes and forced the evacuation of more than 1,000 people.<br/> <br />The three men, all in their 20's, were arrested on suspicion of recklessly starting a fire and are being held on $20,000 bail each.<br/> <br />The Colby Fire as it's being called has blackened more than 1700 acres of land in the foothills above Los Angeles.<br/> <br />Strong winds spread the fire quickly and required some 700 firefighters and 15 aircraft to keep the flames from spreading.<br/> <br />L.A.
