A suicide bomber kills at least 13 people at a popular Lebanese restaurant in Kabul.<br/> <br />The Taliban is claiming responsibility for the attack.<br/> <br />The assault was carried out around dinner time in the heavily fortified district that is home to many wealthy Afghans.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Dari) EYEWITNESS AND LOCAL RESIDENT, SHEKIB SARWARI, SAYING:<br/> <br />"A suicide attack hit the Lebanese restaurant. It was very powerful and shook the area, and after that very intense gunfire took place, we were very frightened.
