Three United Nations workers and an International Momentary Fund employee are amongst 16 people killed in a suicide attack in Afghanistan. <br /><br />Taliban fighters targetted a Lebanese restaurant, popular with expats and diplomats in Kabul. <br /><br />It happened in the affluent Wazir Akbar Khan suburb, home to many embassies and non-governmental organisations.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jane Ferguson reports from Kabul.
