ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />United Nations Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, condemned on Saturday the attack on a restaurant in Kabul, Afghanistan in the strongest terms possible.<br/> <br />Up to 21 people, mostly foreigners, were killed on Friday when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside the popular Lebanese restaurant in the Afghan capital, police said.
